Starting July 1, 2024 the following fee changes will apply:
- Providers are responsible to pay all fees owed to the Office of Licensing. The Department of Workforce Services, Office of Child Care, will no longer pay any required fees for providers.
- In accordance with the procedures outlined in Utah Code 63J-1-504:
- Changes to a license will incur a fee of $44.34.
- Additional inspections will incur a fee of $35.76.
- The live scan fee for those being fingerprinted at the Multi Agency State Office Building (MASOB) will be $15.
