Renewal Approvals and Exemptions

Renewal DWS FFN Approvals, LE DWS Approvals, License Exemptions, and Child Care Licensing Registrations

You must renew your approval or exemption before its expiration date. Be sure you complete all steps for your provider or program type.

Failure to meet the deadlines or due dates for an approval may result in the deactivation of the approval. Failure to meet the deadlines or due dates for an exemption may results in Civil Money Penalties or a Cease and Desist order.

Submit a Renewal Request through your Office of Licensing Provider Portal. You do not have to pay any fees
- Log Into Your Office of Licensing Provider Portalopens in a new tab
- Click the Renewal Request tab (on the left side of the page)
- Complete the form and click Submit
