The Office of Background Processing will no longer accept physical fingerprint hard cards for child care purposes. Fingerprints must be submitted via Live Scan. Live Scan locations may be found at: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nQKVwvn8US3Wmr3PjYujcPaG5PydFRqRMfqJK2HnfZU/edit#gid=0.
If fingerprints are being submitted from out of state or you do not have access to a Live Scan location, exceptions may be granted by contacting the Office of Background Processing, Child Care Unit at 801-273-2812 or [email protected].
