Using the DLBC payment system

Starting July 1, 2024 the following fee changes will apply:

  • Providers are responsible to pay all fees owed to the Office of Licensing. The Department of Workforce Services, Office of Child Care, will no longer pay any required fees for providers.
  • In accordance with the procedures outlined in Utah Code 63J-1-504:
    • Changes to a license will incur a fee of $44.34.
    • Additional inspections will incur a fee of $35.76.
    • The live scan fee for those being fingerprinted at the Multi Agency State Office Building (MASOB) will be $15.

This is a state secure payment process. All payments received will be processed on the next business day.

A $2.00 processing fee will be charged per transaction. A transaction can consist of multiple payments.

If you agree with this processing fee and would like to make an online payment, log out of your Provider Portal and click on the box below. You must enter all information and submit the payment within 10 minutes or you will be timed out and have to start the process again.

Providers in UCLAPP (Utah Certification and Licensing Application) can follow their facility payment history by going to the "ledger" tab on their Provider Portal.
