As the result of a federal audit and to ensure the consistency of inspections, licensors are assessing compliance with all rules and requirements at all inspections. When providers and directors are not at the facility, the person in charge must be able to access documents that are required, by rule or requirement, to be available for review by Child Care Licensing staff.
